The historic Fair Barn located in Pinehurst, is the oldest surviving early 20th-century fair exhibition hall in North Carolina. It was built in 1917 for use at the Sandhills Fair. Restored in 2002, The Fair Barn is now a gathering place for weddings, receptions, exhibitions, private parties, fundraisers, and other large functions. It is truly an unforgettable, beautiful, venue!​

Are you looking for a fun, outdoor space to host your next gathering? Southern Pines Park shelters are a great option. With six park shelters to choose from and the Pool Park Performance stage, you can have the perfect party, reunion, wedding shower, or whatever you can think of! Some locations have charcoal grills provided. Gas Grills brought in are allowed at some locations.​
National Athletic Village in Southern Pines is a fun place to have your next event. Their outdoor facilities cater to many different party types with areas including "The Beach," "Ambush Park," "The Woodlands," and more.
